Now I am going to tell you about green frogs. I write this because I want to share information on frogs. Green frogs lives in ponds, paddy fields and trees. They love to go out when it’s raining and in evening.

FROG CYCLE
Frogs start from an egg, the eggs hatch into tadpoles and then they grow feet and legs. Then it turns into a baby frog that still has a tail, when they grew older
There tails grew smaller and smaller and when it got older, the tails got small
We can see it but it is tiny. The adult frog lays egg.
SENSES
Frogs that live in water are able to detect movement. A series of lateral lines along their backs are sensitive to changes in pressure caused by moving object.
Many newt and salamanders also have a keen sense of smell and can detect food under water.
CLOSE TO WATER
Like most amphibian, frogs need to return to water to breed in spring, often using the same site year after year. Common frogs are gathering together to mate in the pond, where they will also lay their eggs. Water is important for all amphibian, as it helps to keep their skin moist and prevent it from cracking and dying out.
TREE LIFE
Some frogs living in warmer parts of the world have adapted to life in the trees.
They have toes equipped with large, disc-shaped suckers. These allow them to grip tightly to surfaces, including smooth, slippery leaves and branches, as they climb about.
